Black Answer vs Reverse Sente

The reverse sente worth 2 points plus 1 points = 3 points.

Black Answer vs Not Answer The Threat

B8 tenuki, W9 B10 is White's privilege.

After that, taking the ko and white connect is Black's privilege.

W7 take a stone, 1 point

Black territory decrease by 5 points

Black takes 1 stone from the ko -1 points.

There's a 1/3 point ko remaining.

The total is 5 and 1/3 points.

White should play this when the ambient temperature is about 6.

In theory this is not White's privilege.

In practice, White could plays W1 slightly before it would get reverse sented.

Since 6 points and 5 1/3 points are really close, this whole situation would get resolved pretty quickly if not right the way.

White's lost here would be pretty small.

Of course, the actual best play depends on the actual board position.

Nevertheless, the concept of privilege is normally used to estimate the value of a much bigger yose back in a position like this, so 2 is in fact a reasonable estimation at this point.

Sometimes, it is referred as "weak 2 points" or "2 points weak" to say it's slightly worse than actual 2 points.
