Positional Judgement Problem 1

  Difficulty: Intermediate   Keywords: Strategy, Problem

Chris Hayashida: From my game on 11 September 2003 on KGS:

After a blunder in the upper right corner, I (white), ran into trouble as Black tried to pull out the marked stones with B1. This move threatens to capture three stones at A, or cut and connect out at B and C.

How should White respond?

White has captured 9 stones. Black has captured 3 stones. Komi is 6.5 moku.

Where should White play?
