I'm a refugee from the c2 WikiWikiWeb. Totally blown away by the quality of SenseisLibrary. What a wonderful place!

I live in San Diego, and have a semiregular game with BenKovitz. For locals I should also point out there's a regular Go night at Twiggs cafe in North Park. Mondays, I believe. I think there's also an informal club in north county, but I'm not sure where.

As to my Go, though I've played on and off for quite a while, I'm not terribly strong. 5 kyu on a good day, more like 10 when I'm not properly awake. I have two chief flaws; I'm not patient enough to play a good endgame, and I'm purely horrible at reading game diagrams unless I've played them out. I think this means I'll never make shodan, except, maybe, as an old, old man.

I do know a few interesting things about LaoTse, however. Enough to regard the work as a Go manual, after a fashion.
