Liao Guanhong (廖冠泓) is a Taiwanese professional 3 dan, born 1993-02-25 (sometimes incorrectly spelled Liao Kwanghong). In 2006 obtained promotion to 1 dan (scored 6-3 in the promotion tournament), promoted 2 dan 2008-09-23, and 3 dan 2009-12-09.

Runner-up in 2008 in 2nd Licho and in the 7th New Star Match.

Winner of the 1st Siyuan in 2009.
