Kang Zhanbin

康占斌

Kang Zhanbin is a Chinese professional 6 dan player. Born on 1963 January 4 in Hebei. Started learning Go at the age of 11, and joined China's national training team at the age of 14. He attained professional 4 dan in 1982, and 6 dan in 1984.

From 1993 to 2014 he was a Go instructor at the Singapore Weiqi Association.

Since 2014, he became the Director and Head Coach at The Go Academy in Singapore.
