Solution

The double snapback is the B9 move. In this problem, any reordering of the moves will fail.

[Diagram]
Variation

B3 makes miai of a and b.

[Diagram]
Variation

Double shortage of liberties.

Tapir: Sure white loses stones, but is alive after W6. He doesn't need to approach B3/B5 but can capture them directly. No? But the loss is bigger than simply W6 at B7, Black has to take the corner, white ends with 5 points territory, black has gained ten points in the corner (deiri afaic).

Best play

unkx80: I suspect the best play is simply to leave it alone after B5. Later, White a - Black b, White c - Black d are sente. Exactly like what you said, and I agree that the swing is 10 points.

[Diagram]
Failure

Wrong order at B1. Now W4 can atari this way.

[Diagram]
Failure

Wrong order at B3. With the descent at W4, now W8 can connect to prevent the double snapback.

[Diagram]
Failure

Wrong order at B5. Same as above.
