Crane's Nest Go Club

The New Orleans Area Go Club. renamed: Crane's Nest Go Club

Meet us on Wednesdays, starting at 6:30pm, at Z'otz Cafe at 8210 Oak St at the corner of Dublin and Oak. Sundays, several of us meet at 7 p.m. at Envie, on the corner of Decatur and Barracks.

Everyone is welcome, from 30 kyu to 9 dan. To watch, learn and play! Right now there are about 12 regular members and we are always looking for new players. Chances are good you will find go players at Z'otz week. There are also two house boards available for use by anyone.

Note: The status of the club is ambiguous. The article was last updated in 2011, but the Facebook page has posts until at least the end of 2019. We'll have to see whether or not it re-emerges after lockdown.
